Cotton wick Wedo V series in meters
The V series is a "standard" wick and is suitable for almost any candle wax. Beeswax is an exception - for this, the RD round wick series is much better recommended. From a technical point of view, the V series is a flat wick and is used in both glass candles and standing/pillar candles.
The secret of these wicks lies in the metallized threads that are integrated into the wick construction - without a core. These metallized cotton threads, made from high-quality, uniform cotton using a process specially developed for Wedo, support the breakdown of complex molecules during the combustion process through a catalyst effect. This can reduce or prevent the formation of slugs (also known as mushrooming) and the "eating up" of the wick - which can often be observed in mixtures with difficult color and fragrance combinations.
The V series is produced in Germany by the "Westdeutsche Dochtfrabrik" in accordance with the standard requirements of the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 . It meets the Ökotex Standard 100 and has been awarded the RAL GZ-041 quality mark by the "RAL Gütegemeinschaft Kerzen eV". This means you can rely on the "RAL - freedom from harmful substances".

For your individual candles we carry candle wicks for different candle diameters:

*Depending on the wick number/size, there is a different number of meters on each spool. This depends on the spooling device and is beyond our control. Therefore, the meter specifications can vary. Excess or less than the quantity/meter do not constitute grounds for complaint, as the spools are sold as individual items.
¹ The candle diameters given are recommendations based on standard burning results . They should therefore be seen as a starting point for test attempts. Different candle systems may produce different burning results/consumption .
You can also use the candle wicks for "double wick candles" and "three wick candles" to achieve a larger flame radius.
We also have suitable wick feet and adhesive dots to fix the wick to the bottom of the container. We recommend a candle wick holder for centering.
Please note that the information is only a rough guide and can vary greatly depending on the candle wax, candle wick, wax color and fragrance oil used.

Our candle wicks , candle dyes and dried flowers come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag.
The fragrance oils are bottled in a brown bottle that protects against external light influences and has little to no negative influence on the scent.
Our candle waxes also come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag. These can be quickly and easily reclosed using the clip provided.
From 20Kg+ the candle wax is delivered in the manufacturer's box. Please understand that we have no direct influence on the packaging materials used.
